Mark Wilson focuses his practice in the areas of corporate, tax, and securities law for individuals, brokers, and business clientele ranging from startups and emerging growth clients to Fortune 500 companies. He is regularly involved in advising companies on strategic transactions, including M&A, tax avoidance, joint venture and capital transactions. Additionally, Mark operates in the real estate industry to acquire investments and represent buyers and sellers of real estate. Mark is actively involved in the community and brings a logical, worry-free attitude and persona towards all of his endeavors.

Mark advises clients on both state and federal tax issues related to tax-transactions, income, back-taxes, and strategic legal counsel on the full range of financial matters, including complex financial transactions and corporate debt restructurings, stock option plans, and executive compensation.

Mark works extensively with partnerships, limited liability companies, and corporations on tax issues and in connection with preparing and negotiating partnerships, LLC agreements, and/or articles of incorporation and bylaws.

Mark represents individual brokers, companies, and broker-dealers on regulatory defense and compliance with State and Federal securities offerings.
