With nearly two decades of courtroom experience, Partner Cherami Ball Costigan brings formidable trial experience to Robinson & Henry. She advocates for both plaintiffs and defendants in federal and state litigation and counsels clients—from start-ups to established businesses—on drafting and reviewing critical contracts and corporate documents. Prior to joining the firm, Cherami specialized in Errors & Omissions insurance defense, protecting licensed professionals against a range of negligence claims. Among her representative successes are a defense verdict in a broker malpractice suit in Boulder District Court, a defense verdict for a homeowners association property manager in Arapahoe District Court, and the successful dismissal of a lawsuit on dispositive motion in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
