Biography
I believe that Colorado is the greatest state in the union and I work hard to defend its citizens. This is my home too and the key to a healthy democracy is a free citizenry. I handle all manner of criminal cases ranging from misdemeanor traffic to serious felony cases.
Before entering private practice, I spent over seven years as criminal defense attorney for the Colorado Public Defender. I have represented thousands of clients in all manner of hearings. I have experience with assaults, DUI, probation revocations, domestic violence cases, arson, assaults, aggravated robbery, burglary, motor vehicle theft, marijuana law, possession of controlled substance, distribution of controlled substances, attempted murder, menacing, witness intimidation, sexual assault, indecent exposure, vehicular homicide, escape, and habitual criminal charges. I have successfully litigated trials, preliminary hearings, motions hearings, and bond arguments.
