also known as Michelle Noel Ortiz
I began my practice of law in Alabama where I had the chance to advise clients while Alabama's state written legislation aimed at immigrants impacted their lives and the lives of their employers, landlords, employees children and loved ones. I have military experience that I've used to assist past, present and future members of the military. I developed a unique array of legal skills while practicing in rural Alabama that lead me to take on and win cases for clients in interesting practice areas. (SIJ, Hague Treaty Child Custody, U Visa, VAWA, religious workers, 245i etc.) I have defended minor children from abuse, argued and won their cases in Federal Court and fought for victims of violence. I beleive that candid and frank advice is best for both attorney and client and fight hard for the cases that I take on.
