Todd Michael Olinger

Todd Olinger was hired by our firm, a US based Oil and Gas Company, operating and conducting business in SE Asia, as outside Corporate Council. He served in that capacity for over 14 years. I was a founder of that company and later served as CEO. Todd was responsible for all legal matters, includin...g preparation and filing of incorporation papers, partner and member funding documentation and contracts, preparation of corporate minutes, negotiation of farm in and service company agreements and contracts, and formulation of strategy tied to US and foreign business and tax issues. Todd participated by telephone conference in monthly international corporate Board of Directors meetings and attended all budget meetings domestically and abroad. Todd performed his duties with a degree of excellence I have seldom witnessed. His scientific, business and legal education and background enabled Todd to understand complex scientific and engineering material and meaningfully extract legal significance.
