I’ve never trusted a lawyer until I called John and asked him to help me with a quit-claim deed. He explained the required info on the form and asked me to provide them. Within 10 minutes from the short call, he emailed me the completed form to be sent to the county. He was very prompt, accurate and ...certainly very helpful.
