Biography
The legal profession is a second career for myself. After 20 years in the accounting profession where I attained a CPA in Illinois and had worked as Controller at several financially distressed companies, I decided to satisfy a long-held curiousity in the legal field and attended law school where I obtained not just a Juris Doctorate (JD) but also and advanced law degree, a Masters of Law (LLM) in taxation with an emphasis on estate planning.
I enjoyed helping the young people in our community and after moving from Chicago, where I had owned a boxing gym, been a licensed boxing coach, timer, referee, and judge, I have now served on the Board of Directors of the Colorado Golden Gloves here in Colorado.

Third rate
I saw Mr Danford to get the name changed on my will after a divorce. He said it would be easier to make a new will. He was just out for money. He made a draft will which was incomprehensible. I told him I couldn't use it. Even though he had not completed the process, he charged me the full price.
