I received a C&D letter from the plaintiff out of the blue. I was worried since I didn’t know much about the legal system. I did a Google search and found Paul Dunlap who has been an amazing attorney. He calmly listened to my situation without any judgment and crafted an amazing response to the C&D l...etter. The letter he wrote explained my situation very well to a point where the plaintiff did not respond. I am now free of worry and it is due to Paul's expertise that helped me out of this situation. Paul is a kind, caring, and empathetic person who truly cares about his clients and is willing to solve them no matter how tough the task is. He completed the counter letter over the weekend and was prompt to my emails and phone calls throughout that week. I had a short deadline to respond to the C&D letter but Paul managed to write the counter letter in a limited time frame and sent it on time. His fees are reasonable in comparison to the attorneys I was searching for in my area. If I were to encounter a similar situation again I would 100% hire Paul.
