Terrell Martin Gaines

We meet with Mr. Gaines to do a preliminary consultation in regards to a confession of judgment case that we have against an unscrupulous contractor. First off, Mr. Gaines was very personal, friendly and approachable. His friendly demeanor put us at ease and allowed us to share the necessary inform...ation for him to advise us properly, all without feeling pressured nor disregarded. It was as if Mr. Gaines was just a friend of ours, listening to our concerns, gripes, and issues, without being judgmental or dismissive (which is the initial feeling we get we have reached out to other lawyers in the past). Additionally, and most of all, he was empathetic with our situation, and provided us with sound advise that allowed us to reach the best conclusion for our needs. Even though Mr. Gaines is not going to be able to take our case, we feel that in those 45 minutes or so that we spent with him, we were able to receive the sound advise and recommendation that we needed to make a decision. As such, we would gladly recommend Mr. Gaines to anyone who needs legal advice from someone who is obviously an expert in his field, but who most of all, does his trade with the upmost respect, empathy, and care for his clients.
