I have to thank you, first for recognizing that I care about my clients, because I truly do, and secondly because you admit that I was able to resolve the situation. If any person in my office was rude to you, my apologizes unfortunately as Human Beings we all have our bad days. The most important thing here is that you got what I promised you!. If the rude person was the old lady at the front, I am sorry SHE IS MY MOTHER, she is getting old, BUT THE TRUTH I RATHER RECEIVE THIS TYPE OF NEGATIVE COMMENTS THAT NOT HAVE THE BLESSING OF HAVING HER WITH ME. I am not only a good lawyer I am a good daughter as well, and she working with me is what is keeping her alive and healthy, and I am sure you will understand what I am saying. My mother will always comes first. Again I am sorry if it was her she is just getting old! Sometimes in life we make decision as in this case, having the blessing of my mother with me with the risk that she could come across somewhat rude, or just look after myself and care only about the business.
