Kristofer D.A. Hofstra

Born in Denver, Kris Hofstra is a partner Western States Law, P.C. He is a graduate of Regis Jesuit High School, and he completed his undergraduate education at Santa Clara University in California, where he majored in English. Mr. Hofstra is a graduate of Vermont Law School in South Royalton, Vermont, where he served as Editor-In-Chief of the Vermont Journal of Environmental Law, a student-managed law journal dedicated to environmental issues. Mr. Hofstra worked in both the Family Law Clinic and the Environmental and Natural Resources Law Clinic while in law school. Mr. Hofstra had an internship with the Department of the Interior for the Office of the Solicitor, Alaska Region. His background gives him a well-rounded perspective and a skilled and effective voice for representing his personal injury clients.

Kris Hofstra is dedicated to advocating on behalf of personal injury victims who seek high-quality legal representation throughout Colorado and Wyoming. He handles cases involving all types of serious accidents and injuries. Mr. Hofstra has lived around the world, including Alaska, London, and New Zealand. His hobbies are mostly athletic; he was the President of the Denver Harlequins Rugby Football Club, assistant rugby coach at his alma mater, Regis Jesuit High School, and the U12s Coach at 303Rugby. Mr. Hofstra also enjoys mountain biking, rock and ice climbing, and splitboarding.
