I feel I did not receive the service I paid for, but admit other Immigration lawyers charge higher fees. I did all the fact finding on my own, and after my wife was denied a visa for her first interview, I found out I could file electronically. This is something Mr. Sarpong was not aware of, until ...I brought this to his attention. Also, emails were sometimes not responded to, unless I sent a followup after lack of response. Overall, a nice person to deal with, but I feel I wasted my money.
