This Dan Kelley started out as a good lawyer. I had a simple case. I was taken to the hospital by the police because I was having a seizure on the sidewalk in downtown Greeley, Co. What I found on my own, is you cannot be arrested for a medical condition in Colorado. A seizure is a medical condition ...of the brain. It's an electrical malfunction in the brain. The person having the seizure is not part of what is happening. The Hospital filed charges against me because I feel against a portable machine which takes your blood pressure and other vitals. They claim I broke the top plastic of the machine. After that they strapped me down. Dan was in contact with the district attorney and he kept coming back with what he called a lesser charge. From day one, I told him I did nothing wrong. I did what I was supposed to do when one is having a seizure. I was take to the hospital so they can take precautions so one doesn't hurt themselves. Many things can happen during a seizure including your heart may stop or one could cause some permanent damage. I had to go to the courts in Adams county because this happened in Adams. Dan kept telling me, just pled guilty and get this behind us. I always refused. I did nothing wrong. The Hospital did by not keeping me safe during one of these horrid experiences. We went to the courthouse at least 4-times. And for whatever reason, the courts were not prepared. The last time dan took me to the hospital, he said he got it down to the least charge I could possible have,,, His exact words, "it's just like spitting on the sidewalk". Well, it's not like spitting on the sidewalk. I've been trying desperately to get a job and get myself back into the working world. I've been getting over 60-emails a day from companies that have a real interest in my sales and management abilities. I have never been in trouble in my entire life. I take pride in being a respected businessman. In today's market is one of the most important things of hiring. Now I understand this flaw will follow me around for at least seven years. For some reason, I cannot get anytype of a direct sales job, or a sales manager job or a sales estimator which I spent 35-years accomplishing and reaching the top of the ladder. Dan was not honest with me when I needed him the most. I was also admitted to sometype of 1\2 way house because of the seizures. I was beat-up quite severely. This is all on film. Dan even came to see me at this place. He saw all the blood that ran all down my front. He didn't want the case but he knew of someone who could handle it. He never gave me that information he never returned any calls, and never kept any promises. For me to pled guilty was for dan kelley's purpose, not mine. I told him several times, I don't need you, I can handle this case on my own. I told him I fired him and he hung on just to change my life. This has cost me a great deal of money, but this has hurt me much more. Anthony Sandoval
