Chris Allen Paulsen

I was sued for defamation and hired him to represent me. Not only did he have the case dismissed, but has won the appeal. Rather than wasting time and money, and endlessly churning my case, Chris argued that the Court must dismiss the case because my opinion was constitutionally protected under... the First Amendment. Paulsen is a legal scholar who has the intellectual ability one hopes to find only in lawyers who have been practicing for 15 years or more at expensive firms downtown. His research and writing skills are top drawer and he patiently explained his litigation strategy in lay terms and in whatever depth I wished.
