Very rude personnel, I called to ask a question I spoke with three different people, and each time they put me on hold for several minutes, finally when I spoke with Melissa she was rude, coarse, with no manners, I asked for an appointment for a certain day and in a very rude manner she said the lawy...er doesn't have any time without giving another option, she said regardless the matter the appointment will be $100.00. if this is an idicative of how they treat the customers I'm glad they let me know, it is hard enough to deal with an issue to also have to deal with rude and careless persons.
