This office will not return emails or phone calls in a timely manner. Any professional would agree that a 24-72 hr time period is acceptable to return a clients phone call or email. I went weeks! Weeks of being ignored after sending follow up emails. She miss managed time frames and deadlines of when... thing needed to be responded to. I had to keep track of my own case online to find out when court dates was taking place. The day of my hearing I had to call her office to confirm that we in fact had a hearing. There was no briefing or preparing before this hearing. I was emailed other clients documents. I had other clients personal information such as credit card numbers, address, and names. This was not my first modification. Unfortunately the previous attorney I used had moved to the DFW area. I recommend you find another attorney that respects their clients time and money. My case was a default case so this wasn't a win for her. This was a no brainer.
