Sure, I might have mentioned that I suffered brain damage in my bicycle versus motor vehicle accident. But just because I talk more than I did before the crash as a result of my helmeted-head hitting "the deck" ( which the docs now term "brain damage"), I didn't choose to mention what I know to be brain damage. I also didn't mention perhaps further damage to my Left knee, hip, and back. I ain't twenty years-old any longer. I'm happy to be talking and reasoning quite well, My knee is well. The back as well as can be expected after all the skiing, motorcycling, bicycling and bicycle racing, two or three car crashes, and even crashing my head into a low-hanging, sharp-edged, steel box in my local market in Chiang Mai, Thailand. That was three stitches and probably a concussion. Phew! With regular swimming, cycling, some shoulder exercises, meditation, and yoga, the knee, back, shoulders, and head are well.
