Because of the type of business I have, I deal with customers and insurances every day. Unfortunately, I've had several lawsuits filed against me personally and my business since I am a sole proprietor ( Paul is currently working on my LLC.) He has won every single case for me! He is assisting me on... preparing and writing the contracts that for now on my customers will have to sign before I do any kind of work for them to avoid any more misunderstandings and to help me run my business smoother. I appreciate the fact that he is very straight forward and tells me the things that can be done or not; therefore, he doesn't waste my time nor his.
