Mr. Dekoatz was assign to my son's defense for an appeal. When I first spoke to Mr. Dekoatz he was straight forward honest with the truth; I remember when I met him in the court; He never assume to say or even at any given moment to say that it was easy case or will for sure be a done deal! He would... tell me straight nothing but the truth with no false hopes; I was more inform of what was been done than just given false hope; he was nothing compare to the Attorney that we had Hired & Pd. in full to have son found Guilty with nothing but lies & delays. I saw right away the big difference of Attorneys, I keep asking myself is he for real??? As time progress, the more I got to know him the more trust I got for his truthfulleness. I would highly recommend him at any given time, honestly there very counted Attorney like him! Who cares about the "Oath" of an Attorney takes. . My son's appeal was not won but not cause of Mr. Dekoatz did not do what was in his power but cause of the damage that was done from the other Attorney not taking his time on my son's case; So I would Say be careful on who you choose, not just go for what are Attorneys are saying to you; is it what you want to hear or the truth? Mr. Dekoatz is an outstanding Attorney No LIES, nothing but the truth!
