Mr. Nuñez has been a blessing… a couple years ago I found myself making mistakes that have eventually caught up to me now. This man has to be the most fraudulent “lawyer” in El Paso. He sets himself at the top with the best as an illusion to try and set his prices at the highest possible, but in all reality he belongs on the bottom of the list. Not only are his reviews made by his friends aka clients but he losses about ...ever case he’s received since opening his own firm. He is unprofessional, never prepared for a hearing and takes no responsibility for it. He prefers “happy hour” over preparing for his cases, discloses every one of his clients cases, and speaks to his clients as if he is above them with unprofessional language, disgusting slurs, etc. This man is a Fraud and if you want to waste your time and money on him then go right ahead and hire him. Be careful to whoever hires him, he is a scary spiteful man, not only will he disclose what is meant to be confidential but he will try and go after you if you speak the truth about him.

I would highly recommend Mr. Nunez to my family and friends. He is professional and honest and works hard for you. I can honestly speak from experience because he got my case Dismissed.
