Jessica Mendez

Jessica Mendez is a founding partner at Flores Mendez Law, focusing on employment and personal injury law. She handles a wide range of employment matters, including discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation, with a commitment to advocating for mistreated employees. Jessica’s experience representing both employees and employers gives her a unique ability to evaluate cases from all perspectives, ensuring comprehensive and effective representation.

A native of El Paso, Texas, Jessica earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at El Paso and became a Certified Public Accountant. She began her career at KPMG, a national accounting firm, before pursuing her J.D. at St. Mary’s University School of Law, graduating in 2004. After nearly a decade at a prominent defense law firm, Jessica transitioned to plaintiff’s work in 2014, establishing her own practice to fight for the rights of employees and injury victims.

In 2023, Jessica co-founded Flores Mendez Law with Connie J. Flores, combining their unique skills to provide exceptional legal services. Jessica is also deeply involved in her community, serving on professional boards such as the El Paso Bar Foundation and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.
