Very bad!!! he just rushed through everything and just pushed it through the courts. He never took the time to fight for my son's case and show all the evidence that would have cleared him or at least help him. He had us pay money that was from an old case that he wasn't even on and said that it was ...for the new charges he had. We paid because he said it was going towards the new charges and it would help. He lied. Do not waste your time hiring him.

Frank Macias is incompetent on every level. He was my attorney and was paid to represent me. I repeatedly tried to make appointments to meet with him to discuss my case. He canceled every time. He delayed my court case until the court no longer would delay again. He still never met with me. He rushed... into pre-trial court minutes before hand and said, hey man, you need to plead guilty on this. I looked at him and said are you insane? I have never even discussed the case with you, He said oh they have evidence against you. I said look, this is what you are going to do. You will tell the judge you need more time. He did. I stepped into the hall way afterwards where I had a competent attorney standing by who grilled him hard about the case then we fired him on the spot. I filed a grievance against him with The Board, in Austin, Texas (his peers) . He had to appear before a hearing which was humiliating for him. I encourage anyone who has not had proper representation by this lawyer to file a grievance against him and have him held accountable.

From my experience as Frank Macias as my lawyer I saw he was very dedicated to my case. Thanks to you and all your staff for helping my family and I overcome this nightmare in our lives. I felt we were all very well prepared by Mr. Macias coaching and practice we had before the trial date. Once again... thank you very much for such a great service.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. ON SEVERAL ON MY BROTHERS COURT HEARINGS HE WAS NOT PREPARED. STATED HE HAD ANOTHER CASE THAT WAS OCCUPYING HIS TIME. IF HE DIDNT HAVE TIME FOR OTHER CASES DONT TAKE UP ON THE LOAD. PHONE CALLS WERE ALWAYS TO ASK ABOUT MORE MONEY. NEVER KEPT ME INFORMED. HE WOULD TELL MY BROTHER... ONE THING AND ME ANOTHER THING. DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY. ITS A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. AT THE BEGINNING HE'LL MAKE YOU THINK HE'S GOING TO TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOU BUT HE WONT DELIVER WHAT IS PROMISED.
