Biography
As a result of my military experience (almost 14 years on active duty) and my love for our Soldiers and the citizens of El Paso, I am using those skills to provide quality criminal defense representation.
Although I reside in the El Paso/Fort Bliss area, I will travel to any location across the United States to assist Soldiers. Some of the areas in which I am able to assist Soldiers are: under investigation, case evaluations, court-martial defense, adverse administration actions, Article 15, removal/suspension from special position, adverse evaluation, GOMOR, removal of privileges, separation boards, AWOL/Deserter return to duty, post-trial clemency submissions and appeals, discharge upgrades.
