Biography
I am a former police officer and prosecutor, in private practice in El Paso, Texas for the past 11 years. I was recently awarded the TOP 100 TRIAL LAWYERS award from the National Trial Lawyers Association. I concentrate my practice in State and Federal Criminal Law and Immigration Law. I have presented at a number of conferences on the topics including Domestic Violence, Immigration Consequences for Criminal Cases, and DWI Investigations. In particular, I am well known in the Trans-Pecos region of Texas and commonly represent people in El Paso, Hudspeth, and Culberson Counties.
