Michael Ryan Hoover

Shareholder at ScottHulse and chair of the firm’s Business section, Mr. Hoover represents physicians, physician groups, ambulatory surgery centers, and non-profit health organizations in regulatory healthcare matters and corporate and administrative matters. He also represents and advises individuals and businesses on matters related to commercial transactions..

Mr. Hoover is licensed in both Texas and New Mexico. He assists clients in estate planning, asset protection, and closely held and family business matters.

Regarding his real estate practice, Mr. Hoover has represented buyers and sellers in the acquisition and sale of residential and commercial property and advised tenants and landlords in all types of leases. In corporate and securities, Mr. Hoover has assisted clients with the formation of entities such as corporations, limited partnerships and limited liability companies, as well as advising owners with regard to asset purchases and sales, equity sales and acquisitions, and mergers.

Mr. Hoover is a member of the State Bar of Texas, State Bar of Texas Health Law Section, American Health Lawyers Association, El Paso Bar Association, State Bar of New Mexico, and American Bar Association.
