Biography

I graduated from Irvin High School; Graduated from UTEP; and graduated from the University of Texas Law School (Austin). I was an Amy Medic in Vietnam (1968-1969). I have been based in El Paso, Texas but I have handled Sexual Cases in other parts of Texas, New Mexico, and North Dakota. I am a Board Certified Specialist in Criminal Law (Texas Board of Legal Specialization) since 1991.

Postponed trial for two years until all fees (Including trial preperation fees) were paid then spent several months talking about pleading guilty and threatening that the jury would find me guilty and give me life in prison.
