I had an incredibly disappointing experience. We scheduled a meeting to discuss my case for Friday at 4pm, but as I expected, he canceled last minute due to an “emergency.” He failed to inform me when the court date was rescheduled. Then, at a plea conference, he arrived over 45 minutes late and bare...ly spent five minutes talking to me before securing a deal of ten years probation and 600 community service hours. The first thing he said to me was, “You know it’s not all about you,” as if I should be grateful. He acted like he did me a favor, but the punishment was the same as the woman who pressed charges against me—despite her history of multiple DWIs. What was even worse, he looked me in the face and lied, claiming he wanted what was best for me. At one point, he even suggested that because I’m left-handed, it somehow meant I was “crazy.” The entire experience reaffirmed what I already knew: the justice system in this country is rigged, morally bankrupt, and biased against men. His actions only served to prove that point. Using my mental health against me isn’t righteous or just—it’s pathetic .

I have no words to express our gratitude ! After another attorney had all but ruined my faith in the legal system , Rudy jumped in to save the day ! He worked tirelessly to get me the best deal possible in a short amount of time ! He truly cares about not only his clients but their families as well .... He answered all of our questions in plain language that we could easily understand ! I had a felony and a misdemeanor and on both was sentenced to 10 days , which I ultimately served 6 hours before I was released fully ! He’s very personable , easy going and just generally a good person . He will fight for you as if he was fighting for his own . I’ve never encountered an attorney like him and won’t likely again in the future ! My appreciation is unmatched ! Thank you Rudy !
