Biography
I am a civil trial lawyer and mediator in Far West Texas. Having practiced successfully in courtrooms for 22 years, I believe that, while some cases need to be tried, the vast majority do not. People generally solve their problems best when they are empowerd to craft their own solutions. For that reason, I spend more time mediating cases now, than trying them. Helping clients get past their legal disputes and on with their lives as efficiently and successfully as possible is my overriding goal, whether in court or in mediation.
