Michael Jeffrey Rutledge

Mr. Rutledge was the second attorney I dealt with regarding my issue. The first was not very response and the case was transferred to Mr. Rutledge. I needed help with a Release of Lien that was over 30 years old that had a typographical error regarding the physical location. Mr. Rutledge was able... to contact a couple of the original parties involved but was unable to elicit their assistance due to the elapsed time of the issue. While we were discussing ways to resolve the issue I received an offer to purchase the property. I received a Quitclaim Deed from the purchaser which Mr. Rutledge reviewed and advised that it needed to be revised. He prepared a new Deed and the property has been sold and payment received. During this whole process Mr. Rutledge has been understanding, knowledgeable and very responsive to calls, texts and emails. I would recommend him to anyone who is in need of a good attorney and I would have no qualms to retain his services in the future should the need arise.
