Caleb Stuart

After obtaining a Juris Doctorate at SMU Dedman School of Law and serving four years in the United States Marine Corps, Caleb Stuart has transitioned from representing some of the largest Fortune 500 companies to starting The Stuart Firm. His big law experience allows him to represent clients in the Oil & Gas industry, Family law environment, Personal Injury and Insurance Defense clients very effectively. Caleb achieves results and often times is retained on some of the most complex lawsuits.

Prior to joining Thompson Coe, one of the largest insurance defense law firms in Texas, Caleb worked for Enterprise Products Partners L.P., which is one of the largest publicly traded partnerships and a leading North American provider of midstream energy services to producers and consumers of natural gas, natural gas liquids (NGLs), crude oil, refined products and petrochemicals. While at Enterprise, Caleb participated in multiple high-valued, complex commercial transactions in the energy industry. This opportunity provided Caleb with a solid foundation to effectively navigating complex transactions foreign entities.

Caleb’s service to the community is in keeping with his humble upbringing in small-town Hardin, Texas. His background allows him to better understand and assist all of his clients—large or small—with an in-depth understanding. Caleb's combat experience in Afghanistan further enables him to remain focused and unshaken when his clients need him the most.
