I am an oil & gas litigator in Midland, Texas, and have practiced since in the Permian Basin since 2002. I am a Shareholder and Litigation Section Head at Stubbeman, McRae, Sealy, Laughlin & Browder. As a complex commercial litigator, I work on lawsuits for oil & gas operators, service companies, and mineral owners involving contractual disputes, mineral interest and royalty disputes, and oilfiled accidents. My wife and I are a proud parents of five children and two yippy chihuahuas. I'm a proud graduate of Winton Churchill High School in San Antonio, where I was born and raised, the University of Texas, where I recieved my Bachelor of Science in Radio/Television/Film, and the Texas Tech University School of Law.
