Katy has been incredibly helpful and informative throughout the entirety of our case. Our case began as a Modification of Decree that eventually turned in to a rather nasty custody battle. Upon each and every incredulous action of my ex wife, Katy was right there ready to go. She has never let us dow...n or kept us in the dark on any questjon ww have had and let me tell you.... we have had plenty. Thus far I have been awarded temporary full custody and, God willing, I believe Katy will get us the same permanent results.

I hired Katy to represent me in a contested SPO modification. During the initial consultation she gave me her word that she would fight to make sure we got what we wanted in court. I've been burned in the past by false promises, but WOW, Katy stayed true to making sure she achieved what I wanted. Kat...y is very well mannered, and extremely knowledgeable of the law. I went through a long and nasty divorce which started with my ex stealing my 2 year old daughter from me and ending with her on supervised visitation. If there was an emergency, she was always just an email away. She is also a crafty negotiator who not only got me the deal of the lifetime, but I didn't even have to appear for a final trial, so she saved me thousands of dollars. I would never hire anybody else for this area of law, and if you decide to hire someone else, be cognizant that the opposing counsel might be Katy. If it is her, then prepare to get your ass whooped.
