Mark Allyn Marshall

Mark A. Marshall is an experienced attorney with a diverse legal practice. Mr. Marshall routinely represents clients in real estate and commercial transactions, real estate litigation, business transactions, governmental and regulatory matters, and landowner easement disputes. Mr. Marshall has litigated complex civil matters including probate, guardianship, family, property partition, and partnership cases in courtrooms throughout the Hill Country and West Texas regions of Texas. Mr. Marshall has represented clients in numerous bench and jury trials in Justice, County, and Districts Courts of Texas.

For almost fifteen years, Mr. Marshall served as the elected County Attorney in McCulloch County where he acquired experience representing public entities, developing public policy, advising elected officials, handling employment law matters, and providing representation on both criminal and juvenile matters. Mr. Marshall has also represented municipalities, local conservation districts, nonprofits, charitable organizations, and assisted on public bond projects.

A native of Rotan, Texas, Mr. Marshall spent seventeen years in private practice in Brady, Texas. Mr. Marshall is active in church activities and enjoys the outdoors. Most of Mr. Marshall’s free time is spent travelling with his wife and their two sons to sporting events.
