When he failed to appear at a Meeting of Creditors I fired him and obtained new counsel. Chapman objected to the substitution and filed a "Tortuous Interference with Contract" against my new attorney. On the day prior to the evidentiary hearing he requested to protest my substitution of counsel he canceled it, informing the court that he would be "out of country".
