Kyle Stephen Deese

Kyle Deese is hands down the best attorney in Texas. Sadly, I have had to deal with a few and can tell you with confidence that Mr. Deese is the most thorough attorney in Dallas. Having Mr. Deese represent you is like sicking a pitbull on your prosecution. I swear to god. Here are some of the thin...gs that blew me away about Mr. Deese while he represented me (and things my other attorneys didn't even pretend to worry about): 1. Mr. Deese always, ALWAYS, gets back to you quickly. I emailed him at 4pm the day before thanksgiving and he responded within the hour. He responded, not an assistant, not another attorney, it was Mr. Deese and he was thorough as always. 2. Mr. Deese is fantastic at explaining the legal circumstances in plain english. When you talk to Kyle he will explain to you how you are going to beat your case, what risks you are taking, and the reality of your legal setbacks. 3. Mr. Deese demands that you use secure communications. When he sends (aka 'emails') you private documents like expungment records, driver licenses, social security information, or whatever else he will lock your documents with a secure password that he will only give to you by text or phone. He goes beyond what most of us would do to protect ourselves from identity theft, prying eyes, or worse. 4. Personally, I used Mr. Deese for an expungment, he prided himself on how well organized and professional his documents looked (which is extremely important considering the nature of our legal system). His forms were thorough and well done. About 6 months later I needed to be able to pass background checks for work and Mr. Deese went out of his way and made sure that the background check companies complied with the expungments that Mr. Deese had secured. I cannot begin to express my joy of using Kyle Deese as my attorney. Seriously. He went the extra mile to be sure that his work would not only be accepted in the public sector but he also forced compliance upon the largest background check company in the US (for me). The whole time he offered me the assurance that if anything came up he would personally call my employer and let them know the situation. Mr. Deese is the man you want working for you. Mark my words, he will eat the other attorneys (prosecution, whatever) alive for his clients.
