Such a Great Experience
We were expecting this expunge process to be excruciating and difficult. Come to find out, it was the simplest process I have even been a part of dealing with a lawyer. I would highly recommend Mr Deese to anyone that may need an expunge or seal record.

Deese is the only attorney you want.
Kyle Deese is hands down the best attorney in Texas. Sadly, I have had to deal with a few and can tell you with confidence that Mr. Deese is the most thorough attorney in Dallas. Having Mr. Deese represent you is like sicking a pitbull on your prosecution. I swear to god. Here are some of the thin...

Highly recommended
Kyle was such a pleasure to work with from the very beginning. He was clear, straightforward and explained every step of the expunction process while answering any questions I had. Excellent attorney!

Client Review
I hired Mr. Deese for an expunction in Texas. He is very knowledgeable in these statutes and kept me informed the entire way through the process. He answers questions quickly. I would not hesitate to retain him for this particular type of work
"I've known Kyle for a few years now and been very impressed with his earnest, down-to-earth approach. And even more impressed with his diligence. Kyle brings a lot to the table as a lawyer. He's trained in tax law but he is passionate about helping consumers with debt relief and other common problems for consumers. Kyle is diligent and hard-working, and he is always working on ways to improve his law practice—including through the sensible use of technology. I can't say enough good things about Kyle, which I'm sure is the same way that his clients feel about him."
