We had a hard time getting the EEOC to recognize our case and release us to file. David stayed in touch with them with letters and phone calls until they reviewed our case.

David Kerby is the best.
I was very impressed by his professionalism and expertise, and he doesn't get a big head about that. He is very kind. I was very confident in his representation of our case. If you want someone who can kick'em where it hurts in a gentlemanly way, then David Kerby is your man.
"David and I went to law school together and our firms worked on a case or two together early in our careers. A very talented guy. I endorse this lawyer."
