Bradley W. Howard

I represent companies in business disputes as well as litigation throughout Texas and New Mexico. My primary areas of specialization include commercial disputes, employment law, and transportation law including trucking accident cases. I serve as primary litigation counsel for companies, but I am also glad to serve as local counsel in state courts and in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas.

I represent Texas and New Mexico employers in federal and state court cases and before administrative agencies including EEOC, DOL, TWC, and others. I advise employers on policies and procedures, handbooks, termination and discipline issues, non-competition and non-solicitation issues, and most every other employment matter.
