Biography
A Texas panhandle native, Tim Hoffman has spent his entire legal career fighting for the rights of people and families injured by negligence, commercial vehicle crashes, medical malpractice, dangerous products and unsafe workplaces. Mr. Hoffman graduated from Northwest Oklahoma State University with a degree in history and then attended the University of Oklahoma School of Law where he served on the Law Review. Mr. Hoffman returned to the panhandle after he graduated to join the firm of Smith & Gerald. In 1979, Mr. Hoffman left Smith & Gerald to start his own firm specializing in personal injury, wrongful death and workers compensation. Mr. Hoffman has proved himself a formidable trial lawyer, obtaining millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for those injured or killed by negligence.
