Biography
I am a graduate of Texas A&M University and Texas Tech School of Law. I've been practicing law since 2009, representing clients in Amarillo and throughout the State of Texas. My practice focuses primarily on business formation and governance, commercial and residential real estate, and estate planning. As a small business owner, real estate investor, and a lifelong Texan, I can understand my clients' needs and concerns.
Business Formation and Governance. I work with individuals, families and business partners to form entities and once they're formed, to govern these entities through all phases of business growth. I represent investors, developers, medical and dental practices, restaurant owners, insurance and real estate agents, and many other types of owners and businesses. I also represent clients looking to buy or sell or start a business.
Commercial and Residential Real Estate. I work with realtors, brokers, owners/landlords, and tenants to buy, sell and lease real estate, deal with financing options, and navigate problems and issues.
Estate Planning. I help individuals and families with all aspects of their estate plans.
