DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON AND IF HE IS ASSIGNED TO YOU BY THE COURT, BE PREPARED TO LOSE. This person (I don't think he earns the respect of being called a man) looks for the easiest way out and for that reason accepts a lot of court appointed cases. He will NOT do what you ask him to do. He will say ...is going to bug then doesn't. He also threatens you if you try to question him. If you get arrested and you ask a friend or family to call and just let him know you're in jail and need to speak with him, he will hang up on them. I have reported him to the bar.
