It never expires. It can, however, be rescinded but unless/until it is rescinded it will be good until they put you in the grave.

Illegal window tint IS a reason to pull you over. They would probably have difficulty justifying anything beyond that, on your description.

No. See Texas Penal Code Section 43.25. It is a 2d degree felony, 2 to 20, $10,000, lifetime sex offender registration.
