Mr. Goad graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in 1997 and from Western New England College School of Law with a Juris Doctorate in 2001. Mr. Goad also attended Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law, where he received a LL.M. in Taxation in 2002. He has been Board Certified in Tax Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 2006.
