Since 1976, Adair M. Buckner has represented a broad spectrum of individuals and businesses in Amarillo and the Texas Panhandle with skill, ethics, and commitment. Contract Negotiations and Human Resource Assistance

I own a staffing firm that I purchased in 2008. When the economy took a downturn, it was going to be crucial to renegotiate the purchase agreement I had with the previous owner. That was going to be difficult due to the personality of the previous owner and their unwillingness to understand the sit...uation. I solicited the help of Ms. Buckner who I can proudly say is not only my attorney in these matters but she is also a trusted friend. She helped me make my way through a year of tough negotiations which saved my business. I will always be grateful for her expertise, honesty and straightforwardness. I have also used Adair several times in the area of Human Resources. In my day-to-day business activity, I work with small employers who do not have full-time HR professionals on staff so many times they have issues that need to be handled.
