I was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1996, and practiced for the first half of my career in Houston, Texas. I moved to La Grange, Texas in 2012. I am a degreed Petroleum Engineer from Texas A&M University and have used my engineering and litigation experience to enhance the services provided to my clients. I am admitted to the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts of Texas. My non-litigation experience includes preparing title opinions, wills, trusts, deeds, affidavits, powers of attorney and assignents.

Even though Exxon did not benefit from its fraudulent misrepresentations, Miesch could bring a cause of action for fraud against Exxon for damages suffered by Miesch in leasing to Emerald.
