I called his office to see if he could help me with a legal issue. Made an appointment then drove 1 1/2 hours to get there. Receptionist was friendly. The office was nice. Mr Ortiz was professional and very understanding. He listened to my issues and then told me he knew someone who could help by gi...ving us a name to someone who could assist me. Told me he would call me back with the number that afternoon. As I left I was charged $50. Drove 1 1/2 hours home. He didn’t call, so I called the next day and left a message stating I was waiting on that number. Still no call back, so I called again. 2 days later he called and left a message saying he was going to talk to someone and would get back to me. Well he never did. I was impressed with him at first but he never did what he said.

Never went to work for me. Regardless of my concerns Filemon would always tell me that he would take care of it. Never did. In fact, in the end he just said we are done and case is over. Totally taking my money, leaving me hanging, and generally just throwing me to the dogs. I don't know how people l...ike this sleep at night. A disgrace to his profession!
