Incompetent
well now she is an assistant district attorney and still has problems with doing her job. blames her mistakes on everybody else, never shows up on time (of course her time is SO much more important than anyone else's) and generally treats everyone who has to deal with her like trash EXCEPT when she'...

Have also hired attorney to sue her. She definitely not for father's rights, she's a big-a**ed joke
Have the same problem with this woman. You pay her, suddenly she's not available any longer. Have filed complaint with state bar and hired a real lawyer to sue her and recover money paid for a big fat nothing!!

Untrustworthy and never calls back
Ms. Tomasini Mitchell Busbee will be very soon served by my malpractice attorney. She insisted being paid upfront in full, but after getting her money can't seem to have decency to follow through on anything but wont return money so we can go hire a REAL lawyer. Hired recently for a family law issue and found out she actually is an assistant da 100 miles away and has a secret practice. Never returns calls. Expensive. She touted herself as a Father's rights specialist.

Terrible
Hired Christina for a divorce, after 2 YEARS! she still has not finalized it and stopped returning my emails and calls. DO NOT hire her for ANY legal service. She overcharges and seems to think she is a good attorney. STAY as far away from her as possible!!!
