This attorney was utterly unresponsive to our request for a simple conversation over the phone regarding a will preparation. She kept e-mailing questions which we answered multiple times. Even with all the information we provided she was unable to find our case. All of this back and forward could hav...e been avoided with a quick phone call instead of multiple e-mails over a period of several days. Everytime we called, we got her voice mail, which indicated that she would call us back, but instead she sent an e-mail despite our multiple requests to get a phone call or an office consultation. If this is the response we received for a simple will preparation, I can't imagine what would be like for more complecated legal matters.
