In 2016, Mr. Sandoval, alongside Benedict James, founded Sandoval and James Law Firm, elevating industry standards with a vision for advancement. Raised in El Paso, Texas, his leadership qualities were evident from an early age, notably as a football team captain in high school. Graduating from the University of Texas at Austin with a Government degree, he met his wife, Kendra Sandoval, a U.T. tennis team member. Their academic journey continued in Las Vegas, where they each pursued graduate degrees before returning to Austin as leaders—Mr. Sandoval in law and Mrs. Sandoval in dentistry. With three sons, family is central to Mr. Sandoval, who treats every client like kin.
