Please do yourself a favor and do not work with Jacqueline Boylhart! She will waste your time and money. I initially came to Jacqueline with my case and after many consultations, she led me to believe how she would approach my case and which ligitations options we would pursue. After 7 months of wo...rking together, from November '25 to June '26 and only sending a demand letter, she then informed me she didnt feel she qualified to pursue trial and that 90% of her cases ended in settlement, which was the complete opposite of everything we had been discussing throughout the process. Now after 7 months, I need to find an attorney who can handle the case and start all over again. She is in the business of "moneygrabbing" and is untrustworthy. Highly do not recommend!!!
