I can explain Mr Sanchez in 2 words: Lazy, Crook. Mr Sanchez and his associates do not care about their clients. I was working with them for 19 months. In this time, I was neglected and ignored. I was completely in the dark. I never knew what was going on. I would ask questions with no reply. ... (They would force me to sent multiple emails and then finally call, so they could charge me extra.) They would show up late for court, completely unprepared. I was having extreme issues with the custody evaluator that was chosen by Mr Sanchez. She was supposed to have her case closed by June 2017. Six months went by. I was literally begging my legal team to do something about the situation. They kept blowing me off. They finally told me we could go to court to force her to turn in her report, or get a new evaluator. The court date was set in January 2018. There was bad weather that morning, but I didn't receive a call, email, or text not to show up. (I had checked on line but couldn't tell the status of the court house.) So I drove on the icy streets and made it to the court house, (thankfully in one piece), only to find that the court house was closed. The lawyer, Ms Ferrar, who was supposed to attend, had called the court house and found out it wasn't open. She never informed me. I had taken the day off work and paid for parking, which they refused to reimburse me for. I felt stuck. I thought it was too late to get new representation. Finally, as my husband informed me that he and his lawyer intended to kick me and my three kids out of our house, I tried to call my legal team for input. I was lied to and told that my paralegal was on the phone. I know it was a lie because her story was she was in court, when the receptionist had told me she was on the phone. I had enough. I went and hired a new legal team. I immediately felt relieved. I still had $2700 in my trust. When I logged onto my practicepanther account in Mid-March, the balance was down to $800. There was no explanation and no invoice that I had access to. I called the secretary, and she told me that she would email me an invoice and she was just awaiting Mr Sanchez to write a check to send me. On 04Apr2018, I mailed a certified letter to Mr. Sanchez informing him that he had until 13Apr2018 to send me a check for the remainder of my trust, or I would report him to the American Bar Association. I did receive a check within a week, but they stiffed me for another $100. Long story short, I spent $8,000.00 and 18 months with these heartless people, and I have absolutely nothing to show for it.
